Incredible quality!
I use this lens with my Sony A7iii and I LOVE IT! The manual focus can get a bit frustrating however I love the quality of the pictures. It has a dreamy type of look. I also like the bokeh effect it can create. A great budget lens for sure! Fun to use.

Very good value for money
This is not a lens for video, or quick shots. It's a lens for messing around, and it's pretty decent for the price. It's solid, build quality seems good. It's metal, and feels chunky. It's very small, so it's easy to handle on the camera, even though it's pretty heavy for such a small lens. Definitely worth the money if you're looking for a cheap 50mm, just remember this is MANUAL focus and no zoom. It's also manual aperture. You will do a lot of moving around to get the shot exactly where you want it.

You get what you paid for
Super cheap 50mm 1.7 lens. It's great for low budget and a more "artistic" photo. The lack of autofocus, stabilisation and sharpness is a little pain. My advice is that if you can afford a full frame camera you should be able to afford a better 1.8/1.4 50mm lens with autofocus and image stabilisation.

Great for the price.
I picked this up on prime day for less than 100 bucks. The last time I bought a lens it was over 1,000 so I was skeptical. But the image looks great and it definitely works for my camera. I probably wouldn't use it professionally but as a lens for my personal family use it is perfect without breaking the bank.

OMG THIS LENS IS INCREDIBLE!
I bought this for my Sony A7iii and Sony A5000 and I can’t believe the image quality this thing has for a $109 price tag. It looks just as good as a lens I spent three times as much for. It has a nice sharp to semi-sharp image with lots of bokeh that looks very cinematic for video and takes very professional quality photos. I’m actually planning to buy another so I can have two. I’m looking to see if this lens is apart of a series to purchase a 35mm and 85mm of the same series. Remember this is a manual lens with no auto-focus and if your good with that you’ll love this lens.

Inconsistent QC
I ordered this lens twice. The first lens had potential, but inconsistent focus across the frame. The second lens I got was worse, and decentered. Both lenses had issues with chromatic aberrations. The better copy cleaned up nicely around F5.6 or so, but wasn't perfect. That said, it was decent for the price, and if you get a good copy, it could be a fun lens...for the price. The problem is that the quality control seems to be very inconsistent. I feel like if I ordered 10 copies of this lens, I'd probably get a really good one out of the bunch, and 9 duds. If you get lucky, cool...but will you?

Great lens for the money
Mounted on my Sony A7 , i miss the autofocus but used this lens to capture the Neowise Comet. I was able to get some good images, not great but good. Will work with lens to get more from it. A good value. I like the f1.7

Amazing lens!
Took this to my trip to Costa Rica and it's been a fantastic travel lens! It's been good for animal photography (if the animal will stay in place long enough for you to focus) and also for nature shots. The size is also not too big so it's been really easy for me to take around to places. Will be looking into getting more meike lenses.
