Sideshow Bob in a Gilbert & Sullivan costume!
Figure is from a later episode featuring Sideshow Bob, when Bob kidnaps Bart in a suicide mission to destroy Bart. Bob goes very nuts and imagines he's in a production of Gilbert & Sullivan's HMS Pinafore, and the figurine depicts Bob as the captain of the Pinafore. FYI to Princeton grads: Bob described Princeton as a "clown college" to his brother, an alumnus.
