I set the Ring Indoor Camera by the entry and had it running in minutes. While I was out, motion alerts pinged my phone and I could check in with a quick tap. The two way talk came in handy to say hi to the dog sitter and the video looked crisp even at night. I recently purchased this product, and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. From the outset, the sound quality was subpar—distorted and muffled, far from what you’d expect from a premium device. If you're someone who expecting a clear audio, this product will leave you frustrated. The video quality, though slightly better, is still only average, with grainy visuals that don't do justice to the content you're trying to capture or view, or stay frozen still on one single frame. The most infuriating issue, however, is the poor performance during streaming. Whether I was streaming audio or video, or trying to do both simultaneously, the connection was frequently interrupted. This inconsistency made it nearly impossible to rely on the product for anything important, as the interruptions were so frequent and disruptive. But what truly elevates my frustration to an entirely new level is the company's handling of their trial period and the cloud storage feature. They fail to adequately inform users that if you do not subscribe to their premium service before the trial period ends, you not only lose access to your videos stored in the cloud, but they are permanently deleted. This is an outrageous action, and the company justifies it by citing privacy concerns. What's even more infuriating is that they don't proactively communicate this point as a critical information to users. Instead, they bury it in the fine print of their policy, expecting users to sift through every line on their website. This lack of communicating important information transparently is unacceptable, especially for a service marketed as premium. A simple notification or clear warning that content will be deleted instead of the trial will be over at the time of registration could have prevented this. The consequences of this negligent approach were devastating for us—we lost important videos and irreplaceable evidence with no way to recover them. It's hard to believe that a company would charge for a premium service but provide such poor communication and customer service. Their approach is not only irresponsible but also feels like a deliberate "I Don't Care" to us users. If you're considering purchasing this product, think twice. The poor quality, unreliable performance, and atrocious customer service make it an expensive and regrettable choice. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this brand altogether. Extreme disappointment!!!!

Nice product

I have used many different cams and smart door bell breands eufy, wyze, samsung ... and they are all good and reasonable, Ring on the other hand is a really bad, the software was poorly designed and useless if you don't subscribe for monthly payment which is a scam for a device i paid full price for! Just stay away from anything smart home from Ring or Amazon and you will be happy.
