This is an astonishingly fine knee brace. I am a 72 year old male who has played squash for 65 years. 15 years ago my right knee began to deteriorate and cause significant pain, the result of a compound fracture that happened playing soccer some 60 years ago. When I turned 50, while compensating for the "bad" right knee, my left knee began to hurt tremendously and I was compelled to stop playing altogether. Along the way I tried any number of different knee braces - alas none allowed me to return to squash at the 3.5 level. Some braces were better than others, but none really were game changers. By age 66 the pain became some overwhelming that I had no choice but to get a complete knee replacement (Stryker Triathlon system) for my right knee. After 2+ years of rehab, the "new" knee was fine (zero pain), but the left knee had by now deteriorated to the point that it was preventing me from returning to the courts. At that point, I tried a Bauerfeind Sports Knee Support for Pain Relief and Stabilization for the left knee. IT'S PERFECT, AND I NOW AM ABLE TO PLAY SQUASH PAIN FREE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 22 YEARS. After spending 22 years in the military my knees were shot. Not sure about the science behind these braces but they work better then anything I've ever tried. They fit comfortably and make my knees work like they are 18 years old again. Highly recommend.

it fits perfect and has a high level of comfort. my knee is not stressed at the end of the day due to a torn meniscus, it also seems to have aided in the healing.Not as cheap as other but you get what you pay for

Have been using Bauerfeind products for 2/3 years, they never disappoint, I had an ACL reconstruction surgery, injured my mcl and meniscus, and have patellar tendonitis. This certainly helps with pain management, joint alignment and basic patellar tracking function. This model is relatively similar to the genutrain model, but it’s knitting method and material is thinner, hence it’s more breathable. There’s also lines sticky plastic which would keep the knee brace in place.
