Well built crap snare
Best blank crab trap I have found. Allows me to install my choice of mono snares. I use heaver Mono than what most other traps use.

Small
I would say this is about the size of half an iPhone and about 1 inch thick. Good size for smaller fishing but great quality and good coating. Latch stays shut. Easy to use and wash for storage after catching all you need.

Solid cage but no snares
Does not come with the snares and the rubber band already had drying cracks. The cage is fine. I bought previously and snares came with cage. Didn’t expect these to not have them

Couple with a harness or hinge trap
This bait box, when used with another type of trap, will limit your bait loss, but still bring in the crabs. Connects easy enough.Only issue is size and how you really have to cut bait to fit

Super well made. Note: No hoops!
Air fly are my favorite crab snares by far. I have several of these bought with the plastic hoops attached. This version doesn’t have the hoops attached. I had plenty extra and attached them myself. But, be sure you have a plan for this if new to using crab snares. If this is your first one, consider their pre-built complete one. It’s very nice. If you just need the box, this is the one.Really solid welds. Nice weight. Quality rubberizing. Feels good in the hand.

Pay Attention to the Dimensions
I think this is made of pretty decent material and it feels like it is rugged. The size is actually exactly as it is described. That's why it is three stars. The positive is that the bait gets packed tightly into this box and may make it difficult for crabs to "rob" you of your bait, but you need to cut it small to fit.The pictures in the listing are a little deceiving---it appears in the photos bigger than it is. Also, inside the box is a weight, which is nice, but it takes up valuable space for bait. One of the pictures show a chicken leg in a net that would imply that this box could securely hold it. I cannot imagine any chicken leg being small enough to fit in it. The last concern is the hook that keeps it closed is attached with what appears to be a rubber band. If actual crabs are clawing their way toward the bait, that band won't last.Again, it feels sturdy but for the price, I am not sure this is a great value.

Heavy duty bait cage
Good heavy duty bait cage. My one small complaint is the lid it slightly too long and protrudes on one end. The issue is very minor though, as it still functions how it should. It is weighted, which would be great for building a crab snare. I am using mine as a bait cage in a crayfish trap and it works well for that.

Perfect weighted cage for bait
This cage is just the right size to attach to a crab net or use by itself with loops. It feels like it has enough weight to stay in place and the coated wire looks like it will last a long time. You can attach crab loops to it or attach it to a crab pot. The bait stays secure inside the cage and prevents crabs from taking off with your bait.
