I have bought several of these cloth bound books over the years as gifts for a relative . Very attractive in appearance - they look great on a bookshelf . Good quality .

So beautiful, and a wonderful (although sometimes dark!) story. We all know this story, but so lovely to re-read as an adult, and I can't wait to get this book on my bookshelf when I'm finished!

Got this for my husband for Christmas as his old one is looking tatty. The cover of this book is beautiful, the picture doesn’t do it justice. My husband loved it so much he almost cried.

I really love these clothbound classics, they make picking up a book to read a story such a treat and look great on the bookshelf.

This book has so much meaning to me. I read it as a child (I know, traumatizing) but I lost my beaten and faded paperback copy. So, as an adult, I wanted to acquire another fancier copy that I could keep for decades to come. This hardback is gorgeous and I love it. It's not as heavy as it might seem, so although it's thick, it shouldn't strain your hands to read for long hours.

A fantastic book and a fantastic edition. A book that should be read not only by youngsters. Most adults would learn a lot too.

This book is amazing, has no pictures and is really thick but I think it is more suitable to older children

The story is amazing. And the book itself is very beautiful. It feels very steady. The pages are very thin. One tiny issue I have with the book itself is the gold foiling. It was the reason why I bought this version of the book in the first place. When I received the book it of course had a price label. When I pulled it off very carefully a bit of the gold came off.

The book came in great condition and is a collectible. The story is also one for both teens and adults. The edition is very beautiful and comes with a ribbon placeholder. The paper is thick and non transparent with clear font. Some illustrations are present at the start of different chapters. Quite happy with it overall. Great for collection as well as enjoying. Good for gifting too!
