I am requesting a return or refund for my device due to a persistent pixel dot defect on the screen. This issue has been present since the day I purchased it, and although it sometimes disappears, it keeps returning. This ongoing defect is affecting my daily work and activities on the computer, and I can no longer continue using it in this condition.
