These work !! They are filled with only safe ,natural well known ingredients and really work . The Ginseng, Polygonium and Ganoderma and are plants that are and have been safely used for hundreds of years for a huge variety of heath assistance.. There is nothing new here expect the combining of them to support teh bodies own energy and vitality. A great and inspired combination of what are called adaptogens and some things like black pepper and ginger to help absorb the other ingredients. Wonderful stuff . Nothing chemical or artifice. safe and effective. Great value.

Tablets felt a bit dry when swallowing but once down there was no after taste. Felt a slight headache after half hour but did have an energy boost. Drank lots of water due to headache and symptoms subsided after an hour. Had a good workout at gym. These pills are effective but due to the headache I won't use again.
