These keys are of good quality and are very easy to use. I did not encounter any difficulties in opening my doors with them.

These keys actually work!

Universal keys may have worked on newer skeleton key type locks. Original old school skeleton locks if you look at the jam and clean the material off, you can see a letter with number on it which will need a key with the same letter and number. I found on eBay the actual skeleton keys that fit the locks I was looking for.

I had no idea what key type I needed for my mortise lock, and this set was super cheap for 3 keys. Not only did it help me find which one worked, but it also had a thicker key that wouldn’t push past the lock mechanism. Highly recommend this as its sturdy, lightweight, and cheap.
