Great product but missing Travel Bag
Good value for the product. Came in sealed and new with charge and plug but was disappointed for the Travel Case as per description and it was NOT FOUND in the box. Part of choosing this 3000 model than 2000 was also for the bag that I can put inside when I travel.

End of the day it doesn't do the basic job of floss my teeth. I have gone back to regular flossing as this device doesn't achieve anything as the water jet is not powerful enough.

Setting up a dedicated charger is a downside, meaning you need to carry an extra charging cable when traveling.

I seldom write reviews but I think this deserves a mention. The first unit I received apparently did not work very well. I have used it's replacement for 2 days and can say it's working great (now)., hence the 4 star assessment. The first unit arrived and seemed to work fine but now experiencing the second unit I know it was not running well out of the box. I used the first unit for just under 90 days when it began to not start when pushing the on button. Pressing the other buttons would cause it to eventually run. BTW I use the unit in the shower. Then it began to magically turn it's self on when I wasn't near it. Okay, I think I could say there is a problem. Just to be sure I recharged it even though it didn't indicate recharging was needed. Still more random starting and stopping plus not starting when I wanted to use it. Time to check out Amazon's warranty system. More that 30 days so time to call the manufacture's call center. BTW I was passed the 90 day limit for replacement ,from the time I ordered the unit. However within the 90 day limit from when it was delivered. Philips call center rep was brilliant. I explained what was happening. Sent and e-mail with picture of the base showing model and serial numbers, and a screen grab of the invoice. A new unit was on it's way via Fed-Ex and it arrived 2 days later. Assembled the unit and used it the next morning. Ohhh, this is how it's supposed to function. Much stronger spray that the first one. The unit pauses 3 times to allow you to reposition it in your mouth. Running in 15 seconds increments 4 times. The water reservoir on the first unit never emptied after the minute of operation. Hey what did I know, apparently that was a sign there was a problem. The second unit empties the reservoir at the 1 minute run time and with the extra volume and pressure it attains, that makes sense. Overall I'm saying 4 stars. The original unit was faulty from the get-go. It failed within the 90 day replacement window and I got excellent service. The new unit is working brilliantly, will it last longer? I'm not sure, I'm only 2 days in now. Seemed worth writing this to allow others to make informed decisions. OK a few month in now and I can give my final thoughts. I've discovered the unit preforms much better when the battery is well charged. If you see the green led slowly flashing, this indicates the unit's battery is getting low. There is a big difference in cleaning power when the battery is low. Recharge it once the led blinks slowly. I visited the dentist after using this for about 4 or 5 months and the Hygienist exclaimed how well I was doing keeping plaque from collecting. I've never had such a glowing report to my teeth cleaning prowess. I have to give the Sonicare credit for this.

Powerful, when compared to the ni-branders.
