The kit is good for quick fix when you do not want to sew. Use the patches with an iron. I like it for quick fix on my son’s knee pants.It’s good value for this type of quick fix

Ironed them on some work pants and it went on really well. Will see how they hold up as time goes on.

I ordered these for the patches more than the scissors (which are average for inexpensive folding ones)The patches are easily cut to the desired size and shape and it was easy to iron the patch to my torn shorts. Only time will tell how well they stay on through repeated trips through the washer and dryer...but so far I am pleased.

I use the iron-on patches primarily as elbow patches when garments begin to fray and develop holes. The patches are the perfect size for elbows--slightly larger than a playing card. The patches adhere easily and smoothly with an iron. It's too early to tell if the patches will begin to peel off with repeated washes, but there are plenty included in this pack to repair again. The patches come with folding scissors, but I don't intend to cut them up. If I do need to trim them to size, I would likely use high quality scissors for cleaner cuts.

I often repair tears in clothing with iron-on tape which necessitates finding and cutting a patch, then cutting and positioning tape to the shape of the patch, which often does not cover the whole area. This kit makes things MUCH easier, faster and results in a FAR BETTER MEND with complete strong coverage!HIGHLY recommended
