Before my purchase I read the reviews some had with not working on their iPhone. Purchased anyway and had same issue on my 13 max plus. App just wouldn’t work after initial use but worked on my old 6 max plus. Was ready to return but instead I contacted the company and they quickly responded. Something I didn’t really expect. I sent them a video of exactly what was happening. They went to work on their software and after about a week, they sent me a new version to test. That didn’t do much better, but after a second revision, the app worked as promised. Then I had an issue with taking up to 60+ seconds for the app to connect to their WiFi. Again they went to work and sent me a new version that indeed allowed the app to quickly, less than 3 seconds, connect to their WiFi. Now the camera works as I would expect. I originally chose this camera over the others because this product didn’t require me to set up any account - no password or personal data required to access the app. Have to say this company went all out to correct their product. I would recommend this camera knowing if I had any issues in the future, I just need to contact them and they will respond. Wish so many others would be this conscientious about their products.

There is no-wifi signal sent by camera and impossible to get support. Amazon noted that this is a frequently returned item...and I see why. This is definitely going to be returned!Why would Amazon even let this item be sold, they should remove from the listing.

I sent this one back, BUT I sent it back after I could not get it to connect. Called their support and had no problems at all. The nice gentlemen walked me through a few steps to see if we could get it to work, it did not. I had a new one in the mail like 2-days later! And it's been working good (see my other review).

Ordered a couple different cameras to compare, the app this one uses is the best out of all I could check. It connects easily after initial connection right through the app, the guide lines are adjustable. The night vision is pretty good considering it doesn't have IR lights built in. I will be using it on the back of a SxS, we'll see how durable it is, I plan to have the camera running always since I can barely see out the back I'll have the app queued up while ride so I can switch to it anytime needed, many other apps wouldn't easily function this way and would have to reconnect to wifi each time.

Cool product to use if you don’t have a back up camera and aren’t handy enough to install one yourself. However, this does not pop on for me right away. You have to open the app on your phone and keep it on. Otherwise, I don’t waste my time using it.

It only works for maybe 5 minutes then quits every time, save your money and put it towards a higher end camera.

Just mounted as a reverse camera on our side by side. Quality of picture looks good.

I'm techy guy and can handle most gadgets.. Despite my best efforts, once camera connected on WiFi it was not consistently popping up with video on my Galaxy S22 Ultra. I'm sure it's not a problem with range, neither not and issue of not USB amperage (tried on 4A, and 2A). Out of let say 20 connections I was only able to get 'on line' with video present on my phone 2 or 3 times.. Also not to mention waiting time for connection - plain not acceptable if you thinking real scenario, waiting for it like 2 minutes during parking maneuver. I must say there are no delayes, so if it would only get quick connected without dropping video it's be great product. Also I've noticed it's Shenzen.. China.. maybe that's why in wake of IT wars between US and China there is 'shake hand' trouble? Returned. p.s. video quality is phenomenal.
