Always have iron deficiency, so it is a great product. Even though I used it one serving per day rather than two as advised it hugely improved my nails and overall health. Unfortunately very quick to run out even though it is a large bottle.

I would only say if your looking for.a quick hair grow, this is not the product very watery and last long.

If you're suffering a hair loss or your hair grows way to slow because its chemically treated, dont be lazy and do a hair mask once a week, using this oil. It works! I've been using it for 3 months now an dose great results.
