Received Very quickly. its in fine crystal powder form, and i just mix with still water and put 1-2 spoonful (tiny spoon is provided in the package) per day. i haven't seen the huge improvement yet but on the days i take this, something makes me feel better. and the amount you take is only little so should last long enough to see some result. so far no complaint, and hope i'll notice improvement soon. too early to tell. would i order this again? perhaps Yes.
