Installed this on an entry door from a garage. Install was easy. Doorknob feels sturdy and premium. Tons of connectivity options. Integrated with HomeKit easily. The fingerprint option is easy setup and works well. Would definitely recommend this if you want access control on a door with no deadbolt.

First one took about 10 mins to physically install, but then I was able to install the next 2 in about 3 mins each. I got these for my kids to be able to lock their rooms from their siblings and siblings friends when they leave and not have to keep a key with them, but also provide me easy access without a key, They work very well for their purpose and seem to be well built. App is very easy to setup and configure. Time will tell if the batteries actually last a year and if the hardware and fingerprint reader holds up. Price is a little high, but its worth it for the thread protocol, seemless integration with homekit and quality of hardware. I would not even consider these on an external door. I happy with these because I didnt need to modify the doors in any way and I will be able to quickly put the original knobs back on the doors if i decide to move.

This MK1 smart lock works flawlessly with Apple HomeKit and THREAD. Setup was easy with my HomeKit hub, and it syncs perfectly with the Home app. I love the convenience of unlocking with my fingerprint, passcode, or iPhone remotely. It’s perfect for my office door, and the titanium finish looks sleek and modern. The build feels solid, and response time is quick. Just keep in mind it’s iOS only, but if you’re in the Apple ecosystem, this is one of the best smart interior locks available. Totally worth it for the seamless integration and security.

We put this lock on the master bedroom door. Helpful because we have young kids and prefer not to leave that door open for them to go exploring in there, regardless of whether the wife and I are in there or not. With any key lock, it would be much more challenging, but just putting our fingerprint on the knob while turning it works very well and is super convenient. The HomeKit function is very important to us as well as we run a smart home with some 80 devices or so all together. The connectivity has be flawless, and the response time to inputs whether physically or by the app is very quick. Doesn't happen often, but I can be sitting on the couch and if someone needs to go into the room I can just hit the button on my phone to unlock it without getting up. Installation was simple as well. And always great to have a key code backup in case the fingerprint doesn't work or someone who doesn't have their print saved needs to have access.

Light weight, only 1/2” longer then traditional door knob, easy to install, instructions clear and accurate, firmware update included finger print feature. Worked perfectly on HomeKit thread network. Only semi negative comment is it’s a bit harder to hold onto vs traditional doorknob especially for those with small hands or dealing with arthritis. All in all very happy with product.

Easy installation and setup over Thread with Apple Home. Just wish it had homekey and was outdoor rated and I would buy five more right away.

Normalmente no dejo reviews de 1 estrella, pero este fue un caso excepcionalmente malo. La chapa funcionó bien durante 5 meses. Después dejó de funcionar. Pensé que eran las pilas o actualización de software, pero no: uno de los cables internos se trozó por girar la perilla de la cerradura (WTF!). Además del problema de diseño del producto, la experiencia fue todavía peor, pues el Fabricante se negó a dar garantía. Su motivo: el vendedor de Amazon no es un "canal oficial" de comercialización. No lo compres, mejor opta por Schlage u otra cerradura de más prestigio.

La cerradura se ve y se siente robusta y de buena calidad Después de unas semanas ha funcionado perfecto, el lector de huella funciona muy bien y es muy rápido, la instalación súper fácil, la aplicación funciona muy bien y se integra perfectamente a Apple Home. 100% recomendable

This smart lock is a solid and well-built device, but the setup process can be a real pain. I had to restart it multiple times to get it connected to my Apple Home, and the rubber cover for the keyhole underneath doesn't stay in place well after being opened once.
