Got this for Halloween. I have a mini poodle and was concerned it would not show, but it does perfectly! The SD is a rubber material and the collar is sturdy! Even after Halloween you can slip the SD off and use the collar! Fits great, easy to adjust, buckles, cute color, a little heavy, but it’s not too bad. It’s perfect for Halloween or just to have!

The quality is pretty cheaply made. The fit was perfect on our dog but the collar does loosen whenever my dog runs or plays in the yard and slides off his neck. The color is pretty accurate to the movie and overall I wouldn’t say the price was bad for what I got.
