I waited a few weeks to write my review to make sure my son had time to break in the bed and I have no complaints! Super sturdy, makes no noise. The LED lights that are included have weak adhesive and the remote doesn’t come with a battery so I just used my own LED lights. Assembly took a few hours. Overall great space saver he needed a desk and a bigger bed so this checked all the boxes. Definitely recommend.

Is it a good bed? Yes. Does my son love it? Yes. Is the design great? Yes. Are the directions difficult and occasionally missing numbers? Yep!It took two of us about 4 hours to build and there were moments I wanted to throw it out the window piece by piece but all in all, it turned out great. The led lights fell down within 30 minutes and the remote does not come with a battery unfortunately. Some good double stick tape and it’ll be fine. Being a full size bed, it has a large amount of space underneath and really helped us combine a game room and a bedroom. The guard rails are great for going up the stairs and sturdy. Would I sign up to build this bed again? Nope! But my son will have a great bed until he goes away to college!

I had hoped that the reviews were exaggerated. However nope. The bed is very tedious to build however the instructions could be better but they are ok. The problem I had was missing pieces. Box came very damaged I’m assuming because it is heavy. However that should not affected the 3 pieces that were missing and this company is silent. It has been nearly a month sconce I’ve sent several emails in the format they ask and crickets. Very poor customer service.

The instructions were useless. We muddled through though & it took over 5 hours for 2 people to put it all together. Because of the unclear instructions we had to take some stuff apart & start over. Very frustrating. The bed is sturdy and stable though. One part was bent during shipping, (USPS is the Worst btw!) but we were able to bend it back into shape.I wouldn't recommend this one to a friend. Too much of a hassle to assemble with the crappy instructions that come with it. Next time, I'll get one from a furniture store instead.

We had 4 of us there to put this together, which was helpful because we needed to hold things in place in order to fasten them correctly/easily. It wasn't difficult, just a long assembly. All of the parts were there, and they thoughfully included a bag of random extra parts. All parts (excluding screws) are labeled or bundled together so you know which is which. The bed is in place and is going to be just what we wanted.Things that could be better:- Some of the drawings in the instructions needed to be a little bigger to make them easier to read & to tell in which orientation a piece needed to be in. (Multiple sets of holes on different faces, which needed to go a certain way...)- Once everything is assembled, it's a bit rickety. Not in the sense that we think it will fall apart, just that it could stand to have a few diagonal braces under the bed part to keep everything tight. We're going to see about some after market ones.- The stairs probably would not support the weight that the bed portion does. The particle board part is sometimes unsupported where you need to step. For my kid, it's fine. If I need to get up there for any reason (e.g., I was going to install a shelf up there), it might not be.- A few parts were not cleaned up when the metal was cut, and we gouged one piece with the sharp edge trying to fit them together.- The railing around the bed is not quite high enough for most mattresses, or a mattress + memory foam. In our case, the top rail is flush with the top of the mattress. So as a safety feature, it's lacking. We have jury rigged something.

Pro - The bed looks amazing and is super sturdy! I’m an adult and can climb the stairs in confidence it will hold my weight (stairs are a little narrow tho).Pro - It came with an LED light strip I didn’t know it had, so that’s cool!Pro - Great Package and super fast shipping!Con - There are parts missing (getting a partial refund, so I can go get the missing parts myself). Can’t sleep in my room unfortunately since it’s only half built.Con - The instructions are wrong; if you follow them you WILL be rebuilding pieces twice, if not three times. DEFINITELY read ahead! They tell you to add the braces after the frame is built, which once the frame is built you can’t add. The images are also UNRELIABLE. (Honestly it’s almost as if AI made the building instructions). I am mechanically inclined and can read blue prints and still couldn’t believe absolute mess that was interpreting these instructions.Con - So far it has taken myself and another person a total of 8 hours to build this thing. It is NOT easy. However if the instructions eeeew even half as decent I bet we could have cut that time down by 75%.Conclusion - Overall it’s a decent bed for the price and the quick shipping. However I would not tackle this project unless you know how to practice some serious patience. The product itself (though incomplete) is good so one giving it three stars. Taking one away for the missing parts and another for the torrential instructions.
