ROOKIE has been developed, designed and produced and accompanies students aged six and over on the way to school, playground or sports. The umbrella, which is manually opened and easy to use, weighs 205 grams, has a diameter of 90 centimetres and has been reliably tested in a wind tunnel at speeds of up to 90 km/h. Additional safety is provided by the reflective, light-emitting material. The reflective all-round tape on the umbrella roof provides additional safety. When it comes to design, Knirps dispenses with typical children's motifs for its umbrellas for school and cool teenagers - there are no unicorns, princesses or dragons on the umbrella roof. In addition to six bold and clear solid colours, the cheeky eye-catching bubble bust design with neon colour dots on a black background is used. The geometric and colourful designs Triple Blue and Triple Pink are also available. Of course, design and safety must never be mutually exclusive, which is why safety is also top priority in the design variants and the reflective tape also adorns these canopies.
