The Fouwick cargo carrier bag has been a great addition to my Jeep Wagoneer, offering plenty of extra storage space with a durable and weather-resistant design. Has worked well, came as expected

It looks good, unfortunately there were some issues. I knew something was wrong when I picked up the box and it made terrible noises. I opened it and the hardware was spewed all over the place, and there was Hardware missing. Also some of the zip ties were cut, not holding the pieces in place. Fortunately that did not damage them. I will be contacting the seller.

Came in fast. Easy to put together. However... After I installed it on my vehicle it was super crooked. After a close inspection I realized that the weld on the hitch insert where the basket folds was welded crooked. I called customer service and... Man.. they were on it. Great customer service. They overnighted a whole new one. All I had to do was open the new box and get out the part I needed, close it back up and put it on my porch the next day. They came and got it with no issues. A couple days later I got notified that they received it back. Great customer service

Very disappointed! Parts were missing. It rides too low on my car because it is missing the attachment that lifts it higher. I would return it if it didn’t have scratches and so forth on it.
