A ball that is just the right size. I purchased this ball for shoulder work by rolling against the wall before pickleball. I inflated it just one time. The inflator is easy to use. Inflates quickly. Most importantly the ball retains the pressure -no leaking no need to reinflate. Price to value is very reasonable. Quality wise this ball is reliable and fills my exercise warm up needs. I have been using for a while now so I can guarantee you that this thing works well. It is strong enough to hold my back when I pay on it and it won't explode. The ball is bouncing and easy to fill up the aid in it. Material thickness seems good for me meanwhile there is no bad smell. I use it for pilates exercise and it does its jobs pretty well. It is nice for abs exercise and you can find plenty of tutorial video on YouTube. I recommend you to buy it if you are looking for one.

I bought this to continue physical therapy after orthopedic surgery. The ball is easy to inflate, and comes with a pump-type inflator. The rubbery plastic of the ball is good quality and will last a long time.

It's the perfect lumbar support. You do need to blow it up yourself, but that gives the ability to make it as soft or as firm as you want it.

The ball is hard to inflate 100% with the pump provided. It also is thin material and a bit misshaped do to being folded for shipping. It serves its purpose for the few times i need it, but if you plan to use it regularly, I would suggest a nicer quality option!
