I have been dealing with IBS for awhile now and this seems to be helping with regularity. I like Solaray products. They are generally good supplements. However, with this particular supplement I had to take 4 capsules a day rather than the 2 that I had to take of my usual supplement.

I love this stuff. I've had BV for a few years, and it's totally ruined my sex life. I won't even date guys because I know what could possibly happen, and I don't want them to smell me. It's humiliating. I've tried everything for BV. Tea tree oil suppositories seemed to work for me, but as soon as I wrote a review raving about the smell being gone, it came right back. I've tried hydrogen peroxide, gels, probiotics, and a bunch of other things. I've taken this vitamin once a day for a few days, and I'm already noticing a decrease in smell, and thinner secretions, which are clearer and whiter than before. I will update my review in a couple weeks after I use it a bit more. I have a very sensitive stomach but this didn't make it too bad. It really does clean you out though.
