I had a toothache in the same spot that has occurred before. I am a dedicated Ionic toothbrush person and was on purchasing a new one when I saw something and went on a read the reviews. I don't feel like this one is doing the same. This is expensive but think of what the dental bill would be and this becomes a bargain. Get an Ionic toothbrush, Original Dentite. Follow the instructions. I shake, use the stopper to add and squish and brush and then you can get rid of what is left in the mouth. I even don't have plaque. I haven't seen my dentist yet but I don't have any pain and have avoided an expensive treatment. Oh yes, you have great breath as well.

I was skeptical about buying this, but bought it anyways this product does not work save your $70 and have your teeth fixed at the dentist. Been using this product for a few weeks and no difference at all.
