Sunzit PBT Custom Keycaps, 129 Keys Coral Sea Cherry Profile Dye Sublimation Shine Through Side Printed Keycaps for ISO/ANSI UK Layout Mechanical Gaming Keyboard (Black)

I have been looking for a unicorn of a keycaps set as I am not a touch typist and I needed top and side legends with shine through as I have south facing leds on Keychron V5 Max and this delivers on all levels. Very satisfied with the keycaps, legends, the light illumination. It doesn't have the UK keycaps so the @, £ have to be swapped for those who are pendantic, but it is fine for me. You cannot get everything for this price. So 5 stars as I don't know if there is any other keycaps set that has top and side printed legends. Fantastic Sunzit!!!

Okay - to preface if you have an ANSI keyboard this is more of a 3.5* design - however given the very limited ISO keycaps available, especially shine through/backlit, I have to give this 5* for its price vs the other minimal options available on the market. For reference I have fitted these to a Keychron Q1 Max, with south facing LEDs and Gateron banana switches. Pros: Keycaps come in three trays making them fairly easy to sort and fit. It's a little bit of a hunt for the correct height if you're after the non standard keys but that's not a big deal. I have included pictures, but in a room at night, with only monitor illumination I can read the backlit keys at the minimum setting - I've also included maximum at night and during the day (with an overhead desk lamp). So visibility is excellent. All of the keycaps fit well enough - There is a little bit of wiggle on the right shift, but I don't notice it when typing, only when I was checking the keys so it's a minor niggle. The keys actually have a decent sound - a little more muted than the stock keys, but there are smaller OEM shapes rather than SA so less material makes sense for a slightly lighter sound. All in all, for an ISO set of keys at £40 with shine through / backlight and a nice design this is probably the best set I have seen AT THIS PRICE. Cons: They are not the best PBT - they feel a bit light/thin and it might be visible in my photos but there is already a little shine on the FGHJ keys. They also seem to have some sort of coating /mould release agent which is both slippery and gritty, and comes off on my fingers, so I will update later if this changes/after I give them a clean. The home bars on the F and J keys are also really small and hard to feel - these could do with being much more prominent for touch typists. The left ISO shift does not have the wave pattern that the ANSI one does. The space bar is a bit clacky and not consistent with the good sound of the other keys. There are no ISO 2, 3, 4, ¬ or @ keys, a bit of a shame considering how much other choice they give you. The keys also aren't super square - a lot of them flare at the base. This is an aesthetic issue (see image) as they don't clash or rub on the adjacent keys.

in complesso la qualità è ok al tatto risultano morbidi, quel tatto simil gommato morbido (che si trova su altri prodotti come spazzolini rasoi ecc ma il materiale non è quello è solo la sensazione personale), unico problema riscontrato sono le ultime due righe di caratteri speciali di fianco alle lettere che sono stampati sottosopra rispetto alle due righe superiori, e potrebbero effettivamente confondere.

Keycaps look great once installed Cherry profile feels nice

Ein wirklich unglaublich gut aussehendes und hochwertig verarbeitetes Set, mit allen Tasten, die ich für meine 75% Tastatur gebraucht hatte. Das haptische Gefühl ist hervorragend und sehr angenehm und der Klang hat sich sogar noch etwas verbessert im Vergleich zu den schon sehr guten original Tastenkappen. Die Oberflächenbeschriftung ist bei Tageslicht sehr gut lesbar und bei Dunkelheit hilft es wirklich sehr, dass die Tasten zusätzlich noch nach vorne gerichtete Lichtdurchlässige Beschriftung bietet.

My set came in a box that was slightly ripped, like someone forcibly opened the box. The set I got might have been from a returned order. Also, I got 128 keycaps (the second caps-lock keycap was missing). They look ok and feel ok. I am not a fan of the font on top of the keycaps. It’s small and difficult to read. I noticed that compared to my keyboard’s keycaps these are slightly smaller in height. Might be because mine were double shot and these are sub dye.
