I bought this vibration plate based on a recommendation from a friend who has been using this exact model for a while. After seeing how consistent she was with it and how good she felt using it, I decided to try it myself. I use this about 20 minutes, three times a week, and it honestly makes me feel great afterward. The vibration is strong but controlled, and it feels like a full body activation even though you’re just standing or doing light movements. I notice it most in my legs, hips, and core, and it really helps loosen up my joints. One of the big reasons people are drawn to vibration plates is for circulation and lymphatic movement, and I can see why. It gives you that gentle shake that gets things moving without stressing your body. I am a 49 year old perimenopausal woman, 5' 3" 128lbs. I bought this in hopes to tone up and lose a little weight. my results were not quite as I expected, but I this has become part of my daily routine for over 6 months. This is my personal journey and opinion. I use my vibration plate every day, for 10-15 minutes at 110 vibration. I isolate different muscles, do squats, some simple yoga poses, and even do planks on the machine. 1. I don't believe you will lose weight using this machine. I have not, but i find myself, mostly my legs, feeling more sturdy, and slightly more visibly toned. definitely my calves. 2. the best finding for myself, is I don't hurt when I get out of bed in the morning. I'm not stiff, or sore, or find random pains that I used to have. This has been the greatest benefit of the machine. 3. I find my circulation is much better. It is easier to pick things up off the floor, kneeling on the floor, gardening has become easier. 4. I haven't experienced previous knee pain that I used to have come and go. My joints feel better. 5. I did have a lot of experience with itchy skin in the beginning, and every once in a while over my 6 months. If you lower the vibration it tends to go away, and with myself, i find it goes away about two minutes after you stop. It is intense... but it does go away. and the internet says just stick with it, and I have to agree. overall, I truly love this machine. I feel just better. I feel more sturdy. my legs feel stronger. I have found that I am still the same size and the same weight, but my clothes do fit better, especially in the waist line. I have large muscular calves to begin with, I walk an immense amount with my job. My calves could crush a bowling ball at this point, and Im not mad at it. I don't really have many negatives, the itching in the beginning, it's a little rough, but it goes away. But for me, I have really felt a difference. I move better, I hurt less. I hope my honesty helps you make a decision.

Great intro to vibration plates (or as my kiddo calls it "the wobble board". I have noticed a decrease in the amount of evening swelling in my legs since using it. I am combining it with a weight loss eating program and believe that it has helped accelerate my results (but I have no way to verify this). The reason for the 4 stars - the texture on the board is supposed to be good for pressure points, but I can't stand on it barefoot - it makes my feet completely numb after about 10 minutes. In shoes, no issues. It also makes a funny knocking noise at higher speeds. Not a huge issue, just an annoyance.

Love using this product and is a great value for the price and it also has a Life Time Warranty. It is alittle different to get use to, if you have never been on a teeter-totter vibration plate. You can really feel that it is working, even from the first time you use it.

I was told several times to get one of these after my stroke. Finally purchased one this resolved my poor leg and feet circulation. My energy level is higher these last two months. Sturdiness is a plus with walking. I couldn’t have made a better choice nor decision.

It is made well and easy to use. It doesn’t come with a manual on how each programmed setting is calibrated but you can override them.

Peu bruyant,et soulage les douleurs dans les jambes et les pieds (position assise) vitesse ajustable . Bien moins cher que la machine du docteur Ho. (N'a pas de fonction de chaleur,mais moi je n'en aurais pas eu d'utilité) Très satisfaite !
