The quality is good. We used it to travel on airplanes. The wheels are smooth to push back and forth even loaded with heavy stuff. The zipper is also smooth to zip. Nice handles to carry and pull.

This was a gift for my daughter and she is very pleased with the size and quality of this luggage.

I like it but it's 19' didn't notice that, I haven't purchased very many "carry on's" only two and they were the same size so didn't think about it. for me, it's really too small...and I pack pretty light. I am having to purchase another bag, apparently my old bag was 21 inches and was perfect, just got old....didn't think 2 inches would matter but it does. the front open option which is why I selected this model isn't very functional after all, it doesn't open very wide and makes it difficult to retrieve stuff, also I get the zippers mixed up since they are all together. It wheels like a dream and fits on all overhead bins, I have needed to expand it and it appears the zippers can't really take the pressure, they look like they will pop so I always bring a collapsible duffle with me for any overage now, this is what I put in the front now but can't really fit anything else after that goes in (its the size of a tablet). I do love the color and it would be a better functional piece of luggage for me if it was a little bigger. I have had to check it once now and it does get banged up, shows all the black marks and scratches like it's older when I've only used it three times. I am purchasing the Ricardo Beverly Hills Luggage Rodeo Drive, it's 21 inches, is a hard shell but has padded cloth pockets on the outside, no more wondering which zipper to unzip and I can carry all my magazines, books and folders along with plastic bags of toiletries keys and snacks. So...the reason I purchased this (the front opening) wasn't useful at all.

Great looking luggage. I got it as a return and only paid 1/2 price. It is new with tags still attached. This was an exceptionally good buy. Plus it has a 10 year warranty! I would never have been able to buy this luggage at full price. Friends and neighbors have been very complimentary about the luggage.

If you are looking at this bag because you want to fly international - it works. I flew Alitalia who are known for their strict rules. As long as you don't open the expander you will legally fly that airline with this bag. I lasted 16 days on this bag by rolling everything up Konmari style and my friends on the same trip could not believe it. That being said - just know that while the bag itself wont break from wear and tear the actual outside will get all scratched and dinged up. I bought the teal colored one and it was GORGEOUS when it was shiny and new. As it got tossed throughout the tour bus it had scratches. Nothing has broken though and I appreciate the TSA lock so I plan to keep using this. I recommend getting a grey or something so when you use your bag it wont be as noticeable but this will 100% do what you need it to do which is travel smoothly.
