These liposomal turmeric capsules are definitely different than ones I've used in the past. You take 2 and they are in a dark colored capsule. The are moderate size. With them being liposomal makes the turmeric more easily absorbed into the body. Does not upset my stomach. I've noticed some of my pain has improved a great deal so far. Good ingredients and no fillers. I will continue to purchase this good quality supplement.
