This is great for in home workout. Push up board is solid, the handles remain in place as they should. Instructions aren’t really there but it’s pretty simple and self explanatory. The 40lbs-180lbs resistance bands are great, the door buckle is great. The only reason this doesn’t get a 5 star review is because the ankle straps are poorly designed, they’re made with Velcro so when you’re trying to use them for leg workouts the come un-strapped immediately so they’re essentially pointless. Edit: This is being changed to 5 stars because I kept messing with it and discovered the first time I was strapping them improperly. They work perfect when you strap them perfect. Definitely recommend this for people with kids that don’t have time to go workout so they have to do it at home.

This is a great little "machine" to own. Curl with the bar, ab roller, push ups and many other things. However I was a little disappointed with a few things. First off the complete and blatant lie of store everything on the bottom. Not a single thing is big enough to stay in place. It just moves around and if you were to attempt to flip it over everything will fall out. So it comes with a bag for your storage of all the parts. The main reason I bought this was for small storage. Turns out that isn't going to happen. Now the bag isn't big but it isn't as described either. Some would call that false advertisement. Especially since it says it on the box even. Now it is great regardless of all that, but as you can see in the photos. The grips are tiny and meant for someone smaller such as a woman. The entire time it grips and rips the meat off my hands. Again it's great, easy to use and serves it's purpose. Just had a few downsides i wish I had known about prior but there were zero reviews on the orange model. Hope this helps

I haven’t had the chance to use this push-up board and home gym set yet because it’s a Christmas gift for my son, but I’m really impressed with everything that comes in the box. The kit includes the push-up board, Pilates bar, resistance bands, ab roller, and a bunch of accessories — definitely a complete setup for full-body workouts at home. Everything looks well-made and sturdy, and the pieces fit together nicely. It’s compact and portable, which is exactly what I was looking for. If the performance matches the quality and variety of the equipment, I think my son is going to love it. I’ll update the review once he’s had a chance to put it to use, but so far, it seems like a great purchase!
