Really loved the quality of product. Design is good easy to carry. Heat level feels fine for hair but needs to be kept at a certain distance from hair.

I received a damaged product. Though it worked fine, but it was damaged. Was somewhat difficulty to get it replaced. But it got replaced eventually. Product is good and works fine.
