New favorite heating pad
I am so glad I found this. I've been looking for a replacement for a similar microwaveable heating pack for ages since mine is quite old. I particularly love this style for my migraines for a couple of reasons. 1. It provides a nice warmth exactly where I need it 2. The weight of this pack on my neck or over my eyes is so comforting. 3. When I place this over my eyes (my typical use) it is wide enough to block out all light, provides a nice amount of weight around my eyes but not directly on them, and the heat has moisture with it. This is my favorite tool to use when I have a migraine, and it will often help me ease into sleep.

Retains heat pretty well.
It's two-sided and soft. The insides seem to stay in place pretty well. I use it for under my calves for leg swelling after I've gone to bed, and it makes a big difference in the tingling and discomfort I started feeling. I wish it was a smidge larger and weighed a little less, but it works fine. Of course it loses heat over time, but I find that it stays hot enough to be therapeutic for at least 20 minutes, and still warm for a long time. I wanted the microwave type because it's hard to deal with corded heating pads at the foot of the bed and tripping over cords if I get up during the night.

Hot/Cold compress or heat pad.
You can use this for hot cold compress. I like using both on my lower back and shoulders. It holds the heat well and the coolness .it does relieve pain

Good size heating pad
I use a heating pad often for my stomach and pelvic area. This works well and is easy to heat in the microwave. The size is good for my needs.

Decent
Works well and have used it often, but it gets a terrible smell when heated. Like burnt rice. I heated let instructions. In intervals. I even tried using essential oils to combat the burnt rice smell, but doesn’t really mask it. However. This has helped me so much with gnarly colds and migraines.

Plush fabric, holds heat well - highly recommend!
Really nice plush material, very soft. The flax seeds also smell good when warmed, and holds heat well. I like the design, it's wider in the middle so it covers a slightly larger surface area. It also feels really well made. Very pleased, will be buying more!

Not worth the money
First time I heated the eye mask at less than the recommended time the zipper melted enough to where it would not open. Also the metal pull tab was extremely hot to the touch. Pro - It did feel good on the eyes. Con - Cooled down pretty quickly. I don’t recommend this product.
