Good reference book for a first time mom

Bought it as it was known to be the best of the genre. It does have good info in ques-ans format , so can be used as a reference book. However it defers to your practioner a bit too many times. But would still recommend it

This book is meant for readers who have little to no knowledge of basic biology or women's health. I was hoping for more scientific and useful information but this is like joining a kitty party group with an aunty lecturing you.
