I purchased the this product from Amazon on 27-10-2023. From the very beginning, the gas burners produce extremely low flame, making normal cooking difficult and time-consuming. I lodged a complaint a few days ago with Bajaj customer support and a technician from Bajaj visited. He himself told me that the burners used in this stove are Chinese and suggested replacing all three burners. The cost quoted was around ₹1,800 per burner, which is unreasonable. What was more disappointing is that he clearly stated that even after replacing the burners, there may not be any improvement in flame performance. Despite giving this completely useless advice, he charged ₹400 for the visit. This product is overpriced, poorly designed, and not up to Bajaj’s expected quality standards. Spending more money on burner replacement makes no sense when the issue is inherent to the product itself. I strongly do NOT recommend this stove to anyone.

⚠️ Consumer Alert – Poor Quality Bajaj 3-Burner Hob & Very Disappointing Service ⚠️ I purchased a Bajaj 3-Burner Hob from Amazon, expecting good performance from a reputed brand. Unfortunately, it has been a complete disappointment from day one. Main problem: The burners give yellow flames, produce black carbon, and ruin cookware. I raised multiple complaints, Bajaj replaced burners twice, but the issue never got resolved. Recently, Bajaj asked me to handover the hob to their service center. They tried repairing it (results still unsatisfactory) and later told me it would be replaced. I agreed and waited 12 days. Shockingly, I was informed that replacement was cancelled by their seniors — without even asking me — and they simply repaired it again. My warranty ends on 12 October 2025, and I requested an extended warranty for 1 year (since the same issue has persisted for 2 years), but Bajaj refused. If this hob malfunctions again after October, I will be left with no warranty cover for a product that has always been defective. This is poor service and shows complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I am now demanding a full replacement or complete refund. To Future Buyers: Think twice before buying Bajaj hob tops. Quality issues, repeated repairs, and no fair resolution even after multiple complaints. @BajajElectricals — your customers deserve better!

I was purchased 3 burner in Dec 2023.We used it for a long time and the parts are small..how do we get the parts ?

I am reviewing this product after using 11 months. Build quality is good as could be showpiece. Burner and hob get damaged over the time of use. Burners upper circle seems to be of some metal. It is cracked in the core and left the original shape. Experience with the Service center is pathetic. Its more than 2 months and the issue is not addressed.

during the installation we noticed a small crack on the left side burner (Photo attached), and while taking auto ignition some issues occurred to the product when giving the left side the right side is working and vice-versa, the Right side burner is not burning till this time (But the LPG is come out and the ignition sound can be heard) I can't believe a brand like BAJAJ is silly about making and out of the product without safety checks. I previously used the FABER brand which worked well till it was damaged. I'm not sure what happened, the are well play the give 1000 extra discount for exchange in the name of promotion offer and all are fall in this offer and get discount price of 1100 by exchanging old divice (100+1000) will get, but in terms and condition while return the product we can get only 100 rupees for our old product. so if the new product is damaged nobody willing to return this product. i alredy raise for replacement but the site show return policy condition. will update later is what happened.
