Great value for money. Easy to build, built 2 in less than half an hour. Not very noisy, should be able to sleep with it on. Gives out a great breeze, will hopefully keep our little pug cool.

Very happy with the floor standing fan, easy to build up. The fan is reasonably quiet, and the various speeds helps you alter the speed of the fan. Sliding adjustable hight with ovulating or fixed fan position. A great buy I bought two, one for my brother as well.

I will admit to conducting a little research on various blogs and review sites to see what was being recommended as a decent pedestal fan. I was surprised that this model was ranking in the top three on many sites - with the others in the short-list being much more expensive. I decided to take a chance since the price was remarkably good.Assembly was a little fiddly and the instructions provided appear to have been translated into several languages before they reached English, so instinct alone got me through with this one - plus some patience and the correct sizes of screwdrivers.In operation - and this is where I was most surprised. Even on the lowest setting, this fan is powerful and can be positioned to blow air in one direction or to move from side to side. But the clincher has to be how quiet this is in operation - it is barely a whisper and for that alone I give 5 stars. Build quality is good, it is sturdy, enough options to satisfy on height and power. I have no hesitation in recommending this product.

The fan has arrived and I have put it together. The instructions weren't the most straightforward but if like me you're used to DIY and are used to to buying things that have to be assembled, you shouldn't have a problem. The thing that I found fiddly was fitting the tiny nut and screw on the grill. The fan works fine ( having tested it for about ten minutes). Three speeds should be ample for a room 12'6"x12'6". The stand is very flimsy and if you stood on it it would easily squash which is why I have not given five stars. I don't have the funds to pay for a more upmarket one so as the saying goes 'you get what you pay for". The summary is it a fan that does the job . Just don't stand on the stand! Also not as quiet as I anticipated but not over distracting.

Excellent fan. Easy to assemble, good air flow and quieter than I expected on maximum setting ( this doesn't mean silent but I have used a lot of fans and it's quieter than average)Use earplugs for example if the sound bothers you that much and / or turn down to setting number 1, bit personally I prefer being cool in bed and tolerating a little white noise, to being hot.I originally had a problem where my delivery got delayed and was under investigation. Under my Amazon account it said "delayed contact Amazon"The company wasn't monitoring the situation so rather than notify me of a problem and automatically rectifying the situation, I had to converse with both Amazon and the third party seller to get a replacement sent out.Although once I did contact them, they were very quick to communicate with me, send a replacement and provide me tracking information.The replacement arrived in a couple of days, for that reason and because I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they didn't know there was a problem, I will still give 5 star.But maybe they should keep an eye on orders until delivery if possible?

Ordered a pedestal fan, but received a tower instead... in any case, the tower was easy to assemble, very lightweight, fairly quiet when running, but lacks blowing power... on a hot day, i need the fan positioned right next to me on full power to get the required cooling effect. Plastic tower casing feels a bit flimsy, but the fan isn't capable of reaching rev speeds required to threaten structural integrity.
