Red Velvet Cake Mix, 15.25 oz.

The only brand of red velvet cake mix I use. Great quality, always bake up nicely. I have several kinds of molds for cupcakes and used this extensively through the holidays. Rich red color. Makes great cookies also! I add some fresh brewed coffee in place of all the water to the mix and it intensifies the flavors.

Very tasty, dense and rich!

I made this boxed cake mix for Christmas and it was a big hit. The sponge came out nice and moist and color was beautiful. I served lovely Christmasy cupcakes. I will buy again. The instructions are easy to read and follow. I mixed the batter with a fork by hand rather than using an electric mixer and it came out fine.

My go-to mix for Valentines cupcakes. I don't make them from scratch anymore, Duncan Hines is lower in Sugar/Carbs than other brands. They turn out great, makes 24 cupcakes. I top with Cream Cheese frosting, tiny pearl sprinkles and cute Valentines themed red picks sold here. Big hit at the Office.
