The Tornado 4 is a MAJOR setback versus the Tornado 3. The extra layer is a hassle, is much lower quality and it has really cheap button to hold the layers together - which they don't. The rain layer "can" be worn internally but doesn't even have wrist anchors so good luck with that. If worn externally, the rainlayer's wrists are too tight to unzip your coat wrists so you have to take off the rain layer before taking off your coat. I've owned three Tornado suits but won't own a Tornado 4. Very disappointed. The spreadsheet people beat out the riders.

Fits perfect and isn’t a sloppy fit - very good thing for a bike jacket.
