I used this product to line the inside of a straw hat that was too big for me. I have a smaller head and it's hard to find hats in my size. It's holding up well and I just wish my hat would hold up as long as it does. See photo.

Works well and definitely made my hat fit better. There was plenty of tape. I ended up doing 2 layers on mine since I bought a hat at a rodeo and it was a one size hat. I recommend it. It does what it's meant to do.

For my needs, the foam used is high quality and a perfect width for the internal hat bands of the hats I needed it for. Thought similar to weather stripping, this material is more dense and seemingly more durable. It was very easy to use; just cut to the desired length, dry fit, then when you have it placed where you want it, peel the backing to stick it to the hat. Would definitely buy again.

This worked great on a Nike golf cap that I purchased in a larger size but it turned out too large. At first I was a skeptical that this would work as the tape seemed too thin however I was surprised to find that it worked perfectly. While I was surprised and pleased I’m not sure yet about durability since I just installed it but as of now I give it two thumbs up!
