I am deep into a regimen for longevity based upon actual scientific studies. When I hit 59, I finally decided to get in better shape and started doing the research needed to extend my life. They extensively test the supplements for not only whether the quantities of the actual supplement you are supposed to be getting, but they also let you know if there is anything harmful in the products as well as provide scientific study data around it. I find them to be an amazing help. Life extension is a brand that consistently shows up with great test results with CL, so I purchased from them. Other than that, the actual product should be doing me some good, but it's really impossible to know for sure without extensive tests, but I am satisfied with this purchase, because I know that I am getting what I paid for. You should always do your own research, but some of the data says that it has benefits for eyesight and cardiovascular and there is limited evidence that it may activate the SIRT1 longevity gene.
