The TV came in a very bad condition package and it was opened before. Also the screen seems to be replaced. Poor service and lack of transparency.

Pls mention in the heading of this add that this tv is (Renewed) and not New. Pls don’t try to play around seller.

It is a remanufactured or refurbished unit so the price was advantageous. It is working just as I had hoped. I'm just using it as a dumb TV so no ads. I'm happy with it and I'd get one again.

Upgraded this tv a few weeks ago . Had concerns by it being used so I got the 4 yr. Ins. plan . Blown away . . Really Nice Smart TV !! Sound quality , performance , remote etc etc . Sony doesnt misses a step. .

I received my tv and the display shows horizontal lines and there’s some strange lighting that also happens in the bottom third of the screen. For the price of this tv, it’s crazy that the quality is low! I tried installing the latest update and resetting everything but it’s a defective unit!

I used to be a long-time Sony TV fan and loyal customer. However, this model with the Android operating system (OS) is very disappointing. It restarts multiple times a week or just turns off for no reason. The OS is very slow and clunky. I won't be purchasing a Sony TV again.
