I've been buying a ready mixed protein drink after gym sessions, but it's so expensive that I wanted to try mixing my own. I've previously tried pea protein, which is truly undrinkable, and was worried Warrior whey might the same, but this is much nicer! I wouldn't say it's exactly like a milkshake. I made mine with 200ml water and around 150ml of skimmed milk - that way, I can get a few extra protein grams without using double scoops (and running out of powder faster). I bought the warrior metal ball mixing cup as well, and find a few shakes with that mixes up a completely smooth drink with zero lumps. The smell is very like a strawberry milkshake. The flavour is much less intense than it smells like it would be, though that may be because I've mixed mine with a greater volume of liquid. As a result, the sweetness is dialled down a bit as well, but all in all it's very easy to drink - I have zero anxiety about drinking it every day (and not gagging!). I've also had no stomach upsets so far. I'm still experimenting with dose. I find my usual RTD one keeps me full pretty much all day, and this one doesn't quite. It also doesn't give me quite as much protein (hence the milk). That said, the price - £15 at time of writing - works out a very decent 75p a serving. I don't want to pay more than that at the moment, but so far it's a decent buy for a decent product, and should last a few weeks at a single scoop a day.

It’s also low sugar and low carb, which means I can pretend it’s “healthy” while enjoying something that tastes like dessert. And with up to 36g of protein per serving, I’m convinced this stuff could bring a bicep back from the dead. Only downside? I keep catching myself striking heroic poses in the mirror after finishing a shake. Proceed with confidence (and caution). Average. Ive tried many different Whey Proteins, this isnt in my top 5. The strawberry flavour isnt strong (even when using the lower recommended worth of liquid with it), it smells more than it tastes of strawberry. It suggests to mix with water, but its extremely weak its not the consistency of a shake whether with milk or water in my opinion, not thick at all. Probably gets the protein in. Its not a bad taste, like some, but its not something I look forward to, its not a great taste. Too watery for me. I dont want to be using full fat milk to get a consistency in my shake - I tried this as its low calorie compared to some. Wont be trying this one again. I guess the people that are 5* and glowing about it - just want the protein. There are plenty of nicer, thicker ones for me.

One of the best-tasting, easiest-to-mix protein powders I've tried. I used to stick with pricier options, but I spotted this one and decided to give it a shot. As an average-built, fairly active guy, I now include it in my morning protein routine — blending it with seeds, almond milk, peanut butter, and occasionally a banana. It keeps me full and satisfied right through until lunchtime without any issues. The flavour is fantastic (strawberry is hands-down the winner for me), it mixes up super easily, and the overall value is excellent. Highly recommend!

Ich finde das Pulver total lecker und erfrischend! Erinnert mich an die klassische Erdbeermilch in Glasflaschen aus der Kindheit. Nicht zu süß und auch nicht zu dickflüssig und schmeckt auch gar nicht künstlich. Löst sich außerdem sehr gut auf.

Très bonne protéines gustativement parlant. Un goût de milkshake à la fraise 🍓. Je l'utilise depuis longtemps elles s'appelait d'ailleurs avant warrior ice cream strawberry mais elle devenait compliqué à trouver en France. Heureux qu'elle soit disponible sur Amazon !!!! J'ai tourné (Depuis 15ans maintenant) sur une multitude de marques différentes et ça n'est peut pas celle la mieux en terme de pureté mais pour moi c'est la meilleure que j'ai trouvé en goût! Et elle fait très bien le job pour compenser mon manque d'apport en protéines par la nourriture. Merci warrior pour vos produits, d'ailleurs votre pré-workout est incroyable 😍

I bought this because i thought u get 36g protein per scoop , u actually get 18g protein per 25g protein powder which is one gigantic scoop!
