Very pleased with these. I tried other vit c at 1000 mg and it upset my stomach. Only have to take one. They taste good and do not upset my stomach. I have been taking it everyday and truly believe they have helped my immune system. I am a nurse and have been around a ton of viral illness and have managed to stay well. Highly recommend these to get your vitamin c and liposomal is the best way to absorb.

Love these, great taste & smell, easy to chew (use) and not much sugar. Each chew has 1000mg so you really only need to take 1 a day. Does contain zinc and iron too so be sure to check your other supplements. I have never had stomach upset from these. I believe they are one of the best value for the money for a Vitamin C supplement.

Great for those without autoimmune issues!
This product seems to work very well. I love the addition of the rose hips, zinc, and elderberry, but wanted to make a note for anyone suffering from autoimmune issues. The elderberry in this product gave me a terrible autoimmune reaction, which is entirely my fault for not knowing better. Just wanted to mention it, in the event I could save anyone else from making the same mistake. Aside from my error, this supplement has been great for the rest of the family.
