Love this! It is perfect to for taking diabetic syringes that must be kept cool.

Much cuter than the current case I was using for a particular med, and still works just as well. It is nice that this includes reusable ice packs. The case is holding up nicely and I have not noticed any moisture issues or condensation leaks. Very happy with this item!
