Basically foam but does the job
Works as should but not as good as the more expensive ones

Avoid!
Poor. No better than a mouse mat. No weight to them so completely useless. Avoid.

Perfect for small speaker build
The 10 Pcs Car Sound Deadening Mats are a solid choice if you’re tired of your car sounding like a tin can full of marbles every time you hit 60 mph. The butyl base is much better than the cheap bitumen alternatives because it won’t melt into a sticky, stinking mess when the sun actually decides to shine. These pads are surprisingly easy to peel and stick, and once they’re rolled onto the metal, they do a brilliant job of killing those annoying vibrations and road hum. The 10-piece pack gives you enough coverage to tackle the "trouble spots" like door panels or the boot floor, turning that hollow "clang" into a reassuringly expensive "thud." It also acts as a decent thermal barrier, helping your air con or heater work a little less hard.

Do the job
Used to reduce panel noise in my van and it’s helped a lot. Do need to use some pressure to adhere them to the van panels and I used a roller to apply on the van.

Cheap but better alternatives exist
Ok, but not very dense material. There are better alternatives.

Great
Worked fine

Utter rubbish.
Despite the fact it's only 4mm deep which I did know before my order... Even so, this is really poor quality. No substance to the padding. Even peeling off tree backing leads to instant detoriation. Would NOT recommend.
