These pads are surprisingly easy to peel and stick, and once they’re rolled onto the metal, they do a brilliant job of killing those annoying vibrations and road hum. Used to reduce panel noise in my van and it’s helped a lot. Do need to use some pressure to adhere them to the van panels and I used a roller to apply on the van.

Ok, but not very dense material. There are better alternatives.

Despite the fact it's only 4mm deep which I did know before my order... Even so, this is really poor quality. No substance to the padding. Even peeling off tree backing leads to instant detoriation. Would NOT recommend.
