EDIT: DONT BUY - Find another solution. So I processed the return & dropped the item at UPS (along with the extension arm upgrade they sell - I bought both and returned both at the same time) and I’ve still not received my refund on it. I have received a refund for the extension arm (which I shipped at the same time.) What’s the holdup - it’s been 11 days since I shipped it. This entire experience has been a mess and now they’re sitting on my $600 - terrible business. Save yourself and don’t even place the order. Original post: This is stupid - I got the item, it looks great, metal, strong - everything I wanted EXCEPT… it’s missing the “parts” bag with all the nuts, bolts and tools to assemble. I could go get them at the hardware store, but that’s a liability/warranty issue and jeez - I could build one myself for that case. How about shipping a complete item ESPECIALLY one that costs hundreds of dollars. I paid $700+ for a sturdy turntable with a camera arm so I didn’t have to source a huge ball baring myself, and now I’m gonna have to pack this thing back up, ship it out and either order another (risking the same situation) or find an alternative. Time is money and I tried paying for convenience - upset and frustrated.

April 22nd Update I regret buying this. It is not perfectly centered; thus, everything looks off when rotating. The background holder to the extension kit doesn’t stay put together. October 9th, 2022, Review The spinner is massive and heavy. Mine came with all the parts and then some. Some of the parts for feet seem unnecessary. The spinner over engineered which is not a bad thing, though it was not the easiest thing to put to together. My complaint for the spinner is the following: It is hard to find the center of the table with my cameras. It could use a different style camera for bigger cameras, my cinema style camera does not really work with it. The extension kit is okay. I bought this for the background bracket. The extension tubes are pointless for me. My complaints for extension kit are: It was not easy to put together. It took multiple attempts to get it stay together. The metal was not clean on the inside. Metal shaving came out and got all over floor. It was a pain to clean up.

Really I cant believed this product can be seller like a PRO tool for content creation, really looks like old machine of a body carshop, all the pieces looks with fixes and after you cant “retouch”, the weight don’t help for transport and for my don’t comes all the pieces and the platfform is a wood very ugly, the mine comes broken
