The whole box melted after a few autoclaves

The kit itself is good, but after a few times in the autoclave, the labels melt off. I got an email from them saying they would replace the case, but they never sent one.

When I got this I was excited about the full spectrum of implant drivers available for all implant systems. First time I used this I was a little suspicious of the torque value. I was just doing an abutment try-in so I wasn’t concerned about final torque. Next appointment when I went to place abutment and torqued to proper setting and then checked it with my Nobel torque wrench, this wrench was no where near the proper settings. After I torqued to 32 with this kit, I was able to get two full turns in on the Nobel before it tightened to 32n. I got two systems and they are both an issue. I am guessing this system would only be appropriate for lab work where settings don’t really matter. If I can get a torque measurement device I will add that to my review at a later time.
