This product is not the same as the small bottle. That keratin has done nothing but damage my hair. I don’t recommend that product. I wasted $ 130 dollars I tried to reach the seller but always sent me to an other link.

Magique cheveux lisses !

This is literal fraudulence! The first problem happens before even we got the product: it arrived far too late so it was past returning period. Second of all, although I read the ingredients, there was this horrendous strong stinging smell that had my eyes pumping waterfalls throughout the entire session and man I wished that was the worst part. The darn thing was way too watery and, per my experience with hair keratin/protein, it just didn't have the right consistency. I suspected that it was because of the time it took to arrive but it didn't matter. When I used the iron, it made those strange brown crusts all over my hair instead of softening my hair or whatever. Then when I was finally done with hours and hours of painful "treatment", let it rest for the three prescribed days and washed it, nothing happened! In all honesty, I can't say that I was surprised, but what can I do? If anything, it left my hair even worse than before! So, as a reasonable customer I decided to calmly contact Cocochoco and tell them about the terrible situation. They responded in a fair amount of time saying that their product usually works and that it has to be our fault. So I did it a SECOND time and it didn't work either. So when I contacted them regarding a refund/replacement product they totally ignored me. I'm so dissatisfied and I really hope that no one does my mistake.
