This product was exactly what they said it would be. This was much better than the one I bought at the store. It was easy to prepare for molding and very easy to mold as the material became very pliable and soft for me to be able to form it to my mouth. It stays in place while sleeping unlike the other one that kept falling out my husband said I was choking on during the night. This is helping me with my teeth clenching and grinding at night. The first one I bought at the store and tried I couldn't sleep well at night this one is much better not as noticeable and stays in place so it doesn't bother me.

The product worked great. After dealing with clenching and grinding my teeth while sleeping, I immediately noticed a reduction in pain from grinding teeth during the night. The cost is appropriate compared to other similar items online. The mold-ability of the plastic is good, I didn’t notice any difficulty setting up and using the mouthpiece.

Don’t waste your money like I did. The guards were so big I had a hard time with them. Once pliable fitting the guards to my gums and teeth - I first tried the large and it was way too big as I thought so I tried the smaller size and it still wouldn’t fit to my teeth where it would stay in place. They send you 2 of each size so I practiced on the next large and thought I’d get the small one to fit the second time but my front teeth went right through it when trying to fit it. I even melted one. It was a waste of time and money but I thought worth trying since my guard from the dentist was $500. I had to throw them away and only put one star as it wouldn’t let me put 0 stars I do not recommend! The only nice thing is the 2 cases.

They're rather small, they didn't reach my back two molars... which is where I do the most grinding at night. But we will see if they fix my tmj

These are so great and totally worth the money! My son and I just slept while wearing these and they helped us sleep so much better. They are so easy to mold and use - it takes like 30 seconds, but make sure you don’t use too hot of water! If you mess it up the first time, you can easily smooth out the bumps and start over.

This mouth guard is perfect! It’s not cheaply made like other ones I’ve tried. It was easy to mold to my teeth, fits perfectly and stays in place all night. I would definitely recommend!

Not that it matters but it’s a cute mouth guard that shapes to your mouth once you follow the instruction in the box. The mouth guard is comfortable considering no one wants to sleep with something in their mouth. I’d buy again.

I was excited as they were moldable but they never really did mold to my teeth. Still use them while I am awake as it stops me from sucking on my teeth which is a nervous bad habit
