Works ideal for me to stay grounded

I asked for this mat as a birthday present hoping it would do what it advertised. I could not have been more surprised at how good I felt after the first night. For at least 6 months I had neck and shoulder pain. Couldn’t go to the chiro as I have cervical stenosis. After the first night my neck and shoulder pain were gone!! And I mean gone!! I have such faith in the product that I bought one for each of my daughters and my boyfriend. I’m sure I’ve driven my coworkers mad touting the benefits of this amazing mat. I’m sleeping better and feel great! The only thing I wish is that I had known about this grounding mat earlier. The set up couldn’t be easier. Put it on the bed, it has elastic to hole it to the mattress, and plug it in to the ground at the receptacle. It works best on top of the sheet but I started out with it under the sheet. I definitely recommend it for anyone who has inflammation and pain. It has a bunch of benefits but I can’t name them all. Just try it.

I have no idea what star rating to give because I’ve purchased three of these, I checked it out with the little device they sent, and it lit up. What I didn’t check was whether or not it lit up without being plugged in. It does light up without being plugged in. I’ve tried to reach The Company a number of times. There is no phone number. I’ve sent messages the way they prefer to be contacted, but I’ve never received a response. My point is I have no idea whether it’s working or not. I have not noticed a difference. It may be fine, it may be the latest scam. I don’t know.

Bought this for my dad and myself. The first few nights we both had wild dreams. It seems to help my joints though and my dad said his back doesn't hurt as bad.

The product itself is very sturdy, grounds well, easy to clean, and will definitely ground your body. My issue is not with the product itself, but I discovered I thrash around way too much in my sleep and often found myself wrapped up in it lol I’ve kept it …

I'm not really sure if they work but I've been using them for about 8 months now. The actual size of the sheet only covers about an eighteen inch strip by your feet.

Great product!!! I have been using grounding pads for a little over a year now. I decided to to try this larger pad out and I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it was and how well it helped me ground. My wife and I started grounding when she started having MS symptoms and the Drs we visited were of no real help. Since grounding and cutting out processed foods she hasn’t had any more episodes. For people new to grounding what you will notice is that you will sleep better and if you wake up in the middle of the night it will be much easier to fall back asleep. You will also notice better circulation ex. If your arm goes numb because you slept on it wrong if you touch the pad blood will flow back within seconds. Guys will notice morning wood( unless there is a medical condition. Just remember this pad goes over your bed cover not under it so that you can have the most contact with it. Anyway I am very happy with my purchase.

I can't believe how wonderful this mat is!!! I tried it, skeptical at first about the claims of the grounding and what it can do, but I'm absolutely amazed at how good I feel after sleeping on it. I've been using it for about 6 weeks and the improvements in my sleep quality is unbelievable!!! I have arthritis in my knees and since using the mat, my knees are like new knees, no pain or swelling and I'm even able to sit with them crossed, which I haven't been able to do in years. I awake refreshed and have more energy and feel so much better than I can remember! I highly recommend you try grounding and this mat is the perfect way to do it because you are grounding yourself all night while you sleep. It's easy to put on your bed too, only takes a few minutes. This one was a great price as well compared to others that I've checked on. Do this for yourself and buy this mat!

I have really enjoyed this grounding mat. I have a lot less back pain and a much better quality of sleep since buying it. It was a good price. I actually have a queen bed, but I bought the king sheet . It still works out well I can tighten it up to fit my bed easily.
