Fantastic!!!! We had been using "Solely" brand for a while, but this stuff is head-and-shoulders better. Superb taste and texture. We love this product! Delicious when cooked with seasoned fava beans (I used "Saudi style"), cooked chickpeas with carrots and onions, and topped with dolmas. Yum!

I was not familiar with spaghetti squash but considered adding it to my new diet (low carb). I bought this product and I bought a spaghetti squash in the store. I prepared this product according to the instructions and it was incredibly inferior compared to a fresh spaghetti squash. This dried product never fully rehydrated, had a gritty texture, and a bitter taste. I thought it might be handy to keep this dried product on-hand if I was not able to locate a fresh spaghetti squash, but the product is so bad that I will not consider ordering it again.

These taste amazing! Just like fresh but without all the work. I ordered one and then 6 more.

I mean, I think it's better than making your own in a pinch

I have tried to cook this several ways, in water, bone broth, added to a soup. Texture not to my liking.

It taste great, and saves the hassle of cooking an actual squash.

I bought the plane version of this before and I liked it pretty well but it didn't have a ton of flavor. When you're cutting out grains, sometimes you just really want something that functions similar to spaghetti noodles without all the gluten and starch. These have a little bit of carbs which is fine because I'm not going zero carb. And the addition of the fines herbs really elevates these above the unflavored variety. They're pretty easy to prepare as well - i ended up needing to cook them longer than the directions said but I thought the texture was fine and they work well when you're craving spaghetti the grains.

I cooked this (boiled in water) 4x as long as it said to and it still wasn’t tender, so I threw it out. It also had no flavor. I don’t understand how it remains on the market.
