These tinctures are amazing! I have used them for well over thirty years. They are safe enough to use on my grandchildren. They help with emotional issues or any character trait that hinders happiness. I even have a mixture for Jetlag. In a separate bottle I use 2 to 4 drops of 4: walnut for transition, white chestnut for clarity and olive for fatigue. Put in distilled water with a bit of brandy and it will take you to two weeks of travel. 4 drops under the tongue 4 times per day before trip and until adjusted. Absolutely love Bach Flower Remedies.

I was turned onto this product by a friend of mine who is very into holistic health and how to control issues you're having with you're own life through meditation and breathing. I have control issues where I get very upset, somewhat as an anxiety attack, when things are out of my control. This product really helps though! I was getting upset over a work issue and put a few drops in a glass of water and slowly drank it. It definitely calmed me down big time! I know it could have been a placebo affect because I am in medicine and I do understand mind over matter...but I feel it really did help calm me down. A good product overall and less expensive than buying in stores.

I have no idea why this worked for me, but I've had the blurting/non-filtered speech problem at times, and this totally helped with that, too. Caffeine is a help, not a hindrance to me after taking this for a few days. I'll have to keep it on hand for when whatever happens happens again.

I was sceptical about this product as I am with most products claiming to be natural cures. However, after receiving it in the mail,I used the recommended dose and had results in a few minutes! I am have anxiety issues and after 2 days of use,I feel less anxious. Will definitely reorder and check out the other products offered by Bach's Flower Remedies. Seller was super fast on shipping!
