Wife loves this. Perfect for her home office upstairs. Good size and works well.

Provides a nice cup off coffee/espresso. It looks great on the counter and doesn't take up much space. The capacity for the coffee beans is really good. I have to refill the water after about 5 cups of coffee, so I wish that was bigger. But it very convenient since it grounds its own coffee and then sets it off to the side for you to dispose of later, after about 5-8 cups. The brew gives a nice froth as well.

You will be happy with this purchase. This is a great value and makes great coffee. Clean up is easy. This device has easy cleanup and not nearly the mess of one of those pro model espresso makers like they have at coffee shops. Positive: Great Coffee and Espresso! As good as a machine costing many times more. Simple clean up. Space saving design doesn't take up a ton of room on your counter. Things that could be better: Does not grind super oily beans (but does any self-contained coffee maker? probably not) Wouldn't mind a bigger water tank.. Other: Does not have a Frother, However, in my opinion, they tend to be messy and not worth the clearnup. If you miss Lattes and Cappuccinos, invest in a ~$20 hand held frother that does a much better job and is easier to clean up.

i got use to the bean to brew coffee makers at most truck stops and circle is and 7/11. it made me despise cheap coffee or bitter starbucks. i didn’t think a machine that wasn’t $12 grand like at the truck stops would produce anything near as good. i had purchased the Lor for $100 on black friday and that is a fantastic cup of coffee but u have to purchase there cups about 89 cents per cup. the Tchibo checks all the boxes for what i wanted the freedom to use any flavored coffee bean and produces the rich crema not cream as many people are confused by. i tell friends when you make the Tchibo and pour into another cup the empty cup looks like someone melted a stick of butter, you won’t see that in a Keurig. Fyi if you use the flavored sticky beans just stir the coffee beans on the top loader every time you make a cup and you won’t have any issues with beans not sliding down to the grinder. i use the bottom of a plastic fork or spoon and never get a code anymore.

I've purchased 2 Tchibo machines. We love the coffee it makes. But...lots of issues. One lasted about a year and the grinder stopped working. Sent it back and they repaired it for the cost of shipping. Bought another one. Now grinders have died again, IN BOTH!!! I'd recommend staying away from Tchibo. I returned the last one purchased and Amazon refunded me. But now the older machine, which has already been repaired once, is dead again and Tchibo will do nothing about it. VERY BAD company service on their products.

Love this machine! The coffee is delicious and the machine makes the morning routine so easy! It’s quick and reliable. Thank you!! Oh, the key factor is: “each cuppa is a fresh brew”.

I’m very happy with my purchase. Easy set up. Even easier to make a great cup of coffee or espresso in the morning. I’ve only had it about a week now. I hope it continues to make coffee time enjoyable.
