Small, cute and functioning
I was using 3M earplugs while sleeping but I found it too large and tickling. That’s why I switched up to Loop earplugs, which are super small, light, and indeed, great. They do not block the noise as perfectly as 3M earplugs, of course, but at least 70% of the noise, which is enough to block all the noise out the window during the night. I am sleeping very well these days with these dudes, and I like them because they’re extremely portable when I’m out and about in trains and planes as well. Easy to plug, and easy to clean. Honestly is overpriced but definitely worth the price during the sale. It comes with different sizes of earcaps. I’m using the smallest pair.

Great plugs, sadly let down by a white case
They are great for shutting noise out. I work in an office, and some of my colleagues have a bit of a fog-horn voice, which is REALLY distracting. They are great at blocking them out. For teams meetings, work gives me a standard Jabra headset, not a noise canceling one. I can use the earplugs with this headset to reduce extension noise and still hear the call clearly if u turn the volume right up. They will NOT make a busy train/tube/metro silent - they are a suppressor, not eliminator, but they work well within this function constraint. They're comfortable for me, and the tips are a good variety of size. I've given them 4 stars because the case that came with mine (black plugs) is white, and the silicone discolours quickly. A black case from loop is nearly as much as the earplugs themselves when you factor in the postage (£15 plus £4 p&p).

Comfortable, durable and effective
These little earplugs are fabulous. They are soft, durable, and so far appear to be good quality. The little case they come in is cute, functional and well designed. They are not designed to block out noise completely, but they do enough to tone things down. You may need to get used to putting them in and making sure they are positioned 'correctly', but persevere and figure it out because they are worth it.

Outstanding Comfort and Noise Reduction
I use the Loop Quiet 2 earplugs every week on my morning train commute, and they’ve been excellent. They noticeably reduce background noise like chatter and engine sounds without feeling overly plugged or uncomfortable. The soft silicone makes them easy to wear for long periods, even when leaning or resting, and they stay securely in place. They’re well designed, reusable, and feel far more comfortable and effective than standard foam earplugs. A great option for travel or deep focus work.

Pleasantly surprised (for a while - Update)
I've been working my way through all types of ear plug to try and find the best fit for sleeping. I'm a side sleeper and there has been a lot of trial and error, so when I saw reviews and adverts for these ear plugs I thought they could be a decent alternative to the silicone moulds I'd been mashing over my ear hole every night. They were quick to arrive and I followed the instructions on the first night to twist them into my ear, and I'm now realising how bad a fit my noise cancelling earphones are because these were pretty tight! The 'twist' locking manoeuvre can take a few tries to get right, but it is a snug fit once the plugs are in place, and you'll know they are in place when start to hear your head's inner workings. The default 'medium' size was perfect for me, although I'm tempted to try a bigger size to see how much of a vacuum I can create in my ears (we've all wanted to do that...). I wasn't expecting them to be comfortable, but they are surprisingly so - not enough for them to feel invisible, but they are certainly more comfortable than anything else I've tried. The 'loop' grip fits nicely into the ear and it is possible to side-sleep with them in, although I have woken up in the early hours quite regularly since using them over the past week. Sound is not completely blocked out as others have pointed out, but they make a huge difference to block out sounds of pounding feet and slamming wardrobes coming from above late at night. My main disappointment is mainly for myself in not realising that Loop have a similar 'Dream' ear plug specifically for sleep, and in Loop for the product description on Amazon which leads with 'earbuds for sleep', whereas their own website describes these as being ideal for 'naps'. UPDATE: I was initially very pleased with these, however they did become too uncomfortable for sleeping in, to the point that if I did manage to drift off while wearing them I would constantly be waking up until I removed them. I went back to using silicone earplugs, which have been the most reliable solution for me, but have since taken the plunge on the Dream plugs from Loop, which have been infinitely better for sleep (quite pricey, however).

Great for Noise Reduction, But Changing Sizes Is Fiddly
These Loop Quiet earplugs do an excellent job of blocking out noise and are incredibly comfortable once you get the fit right. The noise reduction is noticeable and helps me sleep at night. I'm giving them 4 stars because the process of swapping out the different eartip sizes to find my perfect, customizable fit was a bit fiddly. It takes some precise manipulation to get them securely on the loop, which can be slightly annoying when you're just trying to quickly find the right size. However, once you get the right tips installed, they are fantastic and very effective. A great product overall, just a minor snag during the initial setup!

Very comfy, and work
I got some for on my motorbikes. They seem to work ok. They fit into ear cavity and ar held in place by the loop. This work well, especially if your wearing a helmet. I now tend to leave them in if I get off the bike and go for a quick coffee etc. They done stick out like works ear plugs and they stay in whilst walking around. They dampen the sound rather than undustrial plugs, so wearing them off the bikes not bad. as they dont block the sound and make you feel like yo got your fingers in your ears. hearing is quite normal just less loud. long long rides or noisy environments I dont think they offer strong sound protection. get full and proper health and safety plugs for that
